1. Cancellations seven (7) days before the seminar will not be honored. 30% of the total amount will be charged to your account if you fail to inform us of your cancellations before the seven-day deadline. Cancellations should be in writing and emailed or faxed to us. Seminar participation may be transferred to another person in the same company.
2. The reservation form or reply form, when completed, may also serve as your billing invoice.

SAVE THE DATE: AESCEX is scheduled on NOVEMBER 13, 2012



Serving as one of the platforms where advertising and event suppliers gather to further expand their knowledge on the latest innovations and on improving client relationships, the Advertising and Event Suppliers Conference and Expo (AESCEX) will be held on November 13 at the Bayanihan Center in Pioneer.

In partnership with the Advertising Suppliers Association of the Philippines (ASAP), the AESCEX aims to aid in the development and improvement of the advertising and event technology.
The AESCEX will be a two-pronged program-conference and trade event, specifically targeted towards both industry members, as well as advertising and events enthusiasts. The conference, with industry game changers as guest speakers, aspires to impart valuable knowledge and practices in the field of advertising and events. Suppliers Conference Planned



ASAP is lining up a major event for later this year to be called Advertising and Event Suppliers Conference and Expo or AESCEX. It's an opportunity to provide advertising and events practitioners updated knowledge in terms of the technical aspects of their craft as well as handling client relationships.

Current ASAP members will benefit greatly from the expertise to be shared in the event. Industry thought leaders will be on hand and a Buyers Meet Sellers program is also being put into place.

For the project to progress, ASAP is looking for like-minded people who can help make this vision a reality. Manpower, content providers and sales groups are in high demand, with the view that cooperation among ASAP members can greatly enhance ASAP.
